RETURNS
studycenterweb guarantees the Client the possibility of canceling his order at any time and without any cost, provided that the cancellation is communicated before the order has been made available to the carrier for shipment.
The Client will have a period of 30 calendar days from the receipt of the good or from the formalization of the purchase if it were a service to terminate the contract, including ebooks as long as they have not been downloaded or read online. The Client will notify studycenterweb within the stipulated term and by any means admitted by law, his desire to exercise the right to terminate the contract.
The returned order must be delivered together with the delivery note and, where appropriate, the invoice issued by studycenterweb, with the Customer paying the return costs. The Customer may return any item purchased from studycenterweb as long as the products keep their original seal or packaging and the manuals, accessories or promotional gifts included, if not, otherwise the item will suffer a depreciation. The Customer will only be responsible for the decrease in value of the goods resulting from handling them other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics or operation.
CANCELLATIONS
We accept the cancellation of any order as long as we have not proceeded to send it. In this case, you must wait to receive it and return it, as long as it complies with the previously explained conditions. To cancel your order, go to the My orders section of the user area of our page. If you are a registered user, identify yourself; if not, enter the code of the order you want to cancel and your email address. You will arrive at a page where you can view and cancel the order you want. Remember that you are canceling the entire order, so if you want to cancel any of the books in your order, contact our customer service.

POLÍTICA DE DEVOLUCIONES

DEVOLUCIONES
studycenterweb garantiza al Cliente la posibilidad de anular su pedido en cualquier momento y sin ningún coste siempre que la anulación se comunique antes de que el pedido haya sido puesto a disposición del transportista para su envío.
El Cliente dispondrá de un plazo de 30 dias naturales desde la recepción del bien o desde la formalización de la compra si fuera de un servicio para resolver el contrato, incluidos ebooks siempre que no hayan sido descargados ni leídos online. El Cliente comunicará a studycenterweb dentro del plazo estipulado y por cualquier medio admitido en derecho, su deseo de ejercitar el derecho de resolución del contrato.
El pedido devuelto deberá ser entregado junto con el albarán de entrega y en su caso la factura emitida por studycenterweb, corriendo el Cliente con los gastos de devolución. El Cliente podrá devolver cualquier artículo que haya comprado a studycenterweb siempre y cuando los productos conserven su precinto o embalaje original y los manuales, accesorios o regalos promocionales incluidos en su caso, de lo contrario el bien sufrirá una depreciación. El Cliente sólo será responsable de la disminución de valor de los bienes resultante de una manipulación de los mismos distinta a la necesaria para establecer su naturaleza, sus características o su funcionamiento.

ANULACIONES
Aceptamos las anulaciones de cualquier pedido siempre que no hayamos procedido al envío del mismo. En este caso, deberás esperar a recibirlo y proceder a su devolución, siempre que cumpla con las condiciones anteriormente explicadas. Para anular tu pedido dirígete a la sección Mis pedidos del área de usuario de nuestra página. Si eres usuario registrado identifícate; si no, introduce el código del pedido que quieras anular y tu dirección de correo electrónico. Llegarás a una página donde podrás visualizar y anular el pedido que desees. Recuerda que anulas la totalidad del pedido, por eso si lo que deseas es anular alguno de los libros de tu pedido ponte en contacto con nuestro servicio de atención al cliente.
